Dear Mandy,
I stand corrected. The contractor in question was not referred by Service Magic/ Home Advisor. While we did use your services, we also used the services of a competitor that apparently doesn't screen contractors. Apparently, he was referred by this competitor. My sincere apologies for jumping to judgement. Service Magic/ Home Advisors did not refer the contractor in question.
